"This is serious! It's real. It's called Race Through New York Starring Jimmy Fallon," the Tonight Show host excitingly announced in his Tuesday episode that he will be having his very own ride at Universal Studios Orlando in 2017.
In a short segment dedicated on his announcement, he described that his ride is all sorts of fun and scare, even jokingly compared it to the existing harry Potter ride, "It's scary. It's exciting. It's fun. Do you know the Harry Potter rides and all that stuff? It's like that, except instead of Harry Potter, it's me, and instead of Hogwarts, it's New York City."
The 41 year-old late night talk show host even played with the idea that his ride will be powered by mad technology "The technology is 3-D-it's like moving things. It might even be 4-D," with which he asked quickly, "Does that count as a dimension, the other little things? It might be 4-D, but I think legally we have to say 3-D. We might trip into another dimension. If you really do it right, you can get up to like 8-D."
He also hinted the possibility of having his band, The Roots will be there, too!
"It's fun and it looks just like the studio. Everyone in the studio, Steve Higgins and The Roots, is going to be talking about it and they're in it."
After playing with the idea of what the it would looked like, Fallon subtlety dropped possible features of his ride while hiding his face behind a small cue card with the ride's logo, "There's smoke, there's scents," he said. "Water."
Before moving on to have puppies jump to Drew Barrymore, he reminded his viewers, "It's called Race Through New York Starring Jimmy Fallon and we're all excited about this."
