Fans couldn't wait for the second installment of the movie that brought Jamie Dornan into stardom Fifty Shades Darker, as he plays the hot billionaire Christian Grey along with actress Dakota Johnson as Anastasia Steele. However, there are delays in finishing the production and Dornan was reported to have been responsible for the issue according to The Inquisitr.
One of the reasons why Dornan was involved in the delay of the filming of the movie is the fact that he needed to take a break for a moment because he and his wife are expecting a new baby. He made a personal request to take a break to tend to his growing family.
The movie had already some issues with its delay and Dornan's request just added up to it. This might also result for the filming to be scheduled not until early 2016. There were also issues concerning casting and if this takes any more longer, it is looking like they are not going to meet their expected release date on 2017. Although it looks like 2017 is still far and producers and directors have a lot of time to work on it, the lead actor begging for more time is really not a good idea and delays are never good for film production.
The new sequel of the movie will also have new characters and as of the moment, that too is not yet done. News Everyday confirmed that the casting is not even half finished, so that means it still has a long way to go.
An insider of the film said, "We're nowhere near casting. We haven't gotten into anything like that... We don't even have a casting director on it yet."
