After revealing that she is pregnant, Chrisy Teigen is reportedly willing to have a baby girl.
The 29-year-old model all along with her husband John Legend is expecting their first child. The couple is still undecided if they want to see if the gender of their unborn baby yet.
Just weeks after Chrisy exposed that they were "having trouble" conceiving and had sought IVF, the pair announced the joyful news.
"John and I are so happy to announce that we are pregnant :) As many of you know, we've been trying to have a baby for a while now. It hasn't been easy, but we kept trying because we can't wait to bring our first child into the world and grow our family," she posted on social media. "We're so excited that it's finally happening. Thank you for all your love and well wishes. I look forward to all the belly touching! Xx"
IVF is also called In vitro fertilization. This process includes the removal of eggs from ovaries and mixed with sperm cells in a laboratory culture dish. The fertilization takes place in the dish. Thousands of IVF babies have been born since 1978.
A source said: "Chrissy and John are over the moon about the pregnancy. This is their dream come true. They did conceive via IVF. Chrissy is almost four months pregnant - they couldn't be more excited."
The Sports Illustrated beauty found it tough revealing her sorrow to the whole world; she later on acknowledged that she wanted to speak out about her private struggles for some time.
The blonde beauty said: "I just wanted to talk about it for so long ... It didn't feel right to tweet, 'Ugh, doing my IVF shots again.' "
The couple is arranging to raise their child in California, as they desire to be near to Chrissy's sister Tina, who lives in Las Vegas with her toddler.
The resource informed Life & Style magazine: "They recently moved back to LA after selling their cramped one-bedroom condo in New York City."
