Simon Cowell Is Back On the Judge's Chair For America’s Got Talent Season 11

Everyone is wondering who will replace radio DJ Howard Stern in the AI judge's chair. Stern was emotional when he exited at the end of the hit reality competition, 'America's Got Talent' Season 10. The show's co-creator, Simon Cowell confirmed that he is picking up where Stern left off.

According to International Business Times, he revealed on his Twitter account Thursday, Oct. 22 that the eleventh season of the show will return in 2016 with him joining the judges table. No official word has been given whether Mel B, Howie Mandel, and Heidi Klum, the Season 10 judges, will also return.

Cowell has been an expert in reality competitions. He appeared as a judge on 'American Idol' and X Factor that may made him the perfect guy to take over Stern's seat. USA Today reported that he has found and launched stars such as Susan Boyle, One Direction, and Fifth Harmony. He is America's Got Talent executive producer. Stern slipped by saying on his radio show that Cowell is interested on the job of a vacant chair in 2016.

What makes Cowell a perfect fit and does not need any pointers is his wide- ranging experience on a show with British version. He admitted that it was the network's decision to choose him and he loves this show because anyone absolutely can join even dogs as reported in WBT. He is an experienced music producer and started in UK before he was in an American TV.

A released statement of NBC Entertainment Chairman Robert Greenblatt stated that he and the network are excited to have Cowell back in television and take his seat at the judges' panel, welcoming Cowell to the on-screen NBC family. However, no official word is announced yet on the season premiere of America's Got Talent Season 11.

NBC announced already that 12 US cities have audition dates for the show from November 2015 to February 2016.
