Dolly Parton is reportedly home resting after being treated and released for minor injuries she suffered in a car crash, Monday morning.
The country singing legend was riding as a passenger in the front seat of a Nissan Xterra when it collided with another vehicle at 11:41 a.m., Nashville police said. Police said the driver of the other car failed to yield.
CNN reported Parton and the driver of her Nissan Xterra, 68-year-old Judy Ogle, were taken to Vanderbilt University Medical Center for treatment of minor injuries, based on the police report. Parton and Ogle have been close friends since elementary school, according to previous interviews.
Diane Lish, 64, of Old Hickory, Tennessee, was taken to another hospital for treatment. Lish was behind the wheel of the Mitsubishi Diamante which crashed into Parton's vehicle, police said. According to a news release, none of the injuries appear to be life threatening.
"Parton was the front-seat passenger in a Nissan Xterra being driven by Judy Ogle, 68, of Nashville," the statement said.
The 67-year-old singer, who descried the accident as "a fender bender," quickly updated fans about her current condition.
I was in a fender bender this morning here in Nashville, but I am all good... Just a little tired and sore. Resting at home now!

Parton, a long-time member of the Country Music Hall of Fame, is best known for songs such as "Jolene," "9 to 5" and "I Will Always Love You."
Parton recently appeared on "The Queen Latifah Show" to rap about "Duck Dynasty," Honey Boo Boo, and even Miley Cyrus. She also poked fun at herself and her "Joyful Noise" co-star Queen Latifah.
Dressed in all black and and a frizzy, blond afro, Parton said of Queen Latifah, "She's the queen of her own hood, but I'm the queen of Dollywood!" She went on to rap that she's the white trash princess, along with Honey Boo Boo. Dolly also rapped about her goddaughter Miley Cyrus singing, "I'm working, I'm tweerking. Hey Miley, I've got your wrecking balls right here!"
