Shia LaBeouf was arrested on Friday in Austin, Texas for public intoxication.
The "Fury" actor was found on 6th street outside a bar when police arrested the 29-year-old actor, who was booked for misdemeanor public intoxication at the Travis County Jail.
Entertainment Tonight reports that police were called at 7:33PM CT, which then led to Shia LaBeouf being taken into custody without force.
According to TMZ, Shia LaBeouf was either drunk or high as "witnesses say the actor was blitzed, out of control and disobeyed police."
Shia LaBeouf was reportedly in the city to attend the Austin City Limits music festival when he ignored police warnings about jaywalking - which the actor obviously ignored and even did it in front of the authorities -- and was eventually put in handcuffs.
A witness even tweeted a photo of the "Transformers" actor as he was being cuffed.

Furthermore, another witness claims that even before the arrest was made, Shia LaBeouf was with a woman who tried to enter a bar before being denied entry "because they were too intoxicated."
Apparently, Shia LaBeouf didn't have any of it - he started "swearing up a storm" and tried to force himself to get in the bar, which eventually failed because he was blocked. Shia, along with the unidentified woman, left the area and started walking.
Just a night before the incident occurred, Shia LaBeouf was spotted at the "Man Down" private screening on the Warner Bros. lot in Burbank, California and as per Entertainment Tonight:
"The actor seemed to be in good spirits, and spoke highly of his role as U.S. Marine Gabriel Drummer, saying it was his favorite and best work he's ever done."
