Kerry Katona has announced the end of her marriage to her third husband, George Kay, just days after he was arrested on suppositions of assault and possession of a Taser.
Announcing the spilt, Katona's spokesperson said, "It is with deep sadness Kerry announces the end of her marriage to George Kay. Her focus now will be on her gorgeous children."
The former Atomic Kitten star has only been married to the former rugby league player, George for 1 year, after they exchanged vows in September 2014.
Recently, the couple celebrated their first year anniversary, to show her love for her husband, Katona expressed it through Twitter, "Would just like to wish my husband @mrgsjkay 1st wedding anniversary for tomorrow! No matter what we are a team!! Love you so much baby xxxx."
But in an unexpected turn of events, George was allegedly arrested on Saturday for suspicions of assault and possessing a Taser.
Sussex Police said, "On Saturday police were called to an address in Crowborough after a report that a woman had been assaulted."
"A 35-year-old man was arrested at the address on suspicion of causing actual bodily harm to a 35-year old woman, and of unlawful possession of a Taser."
The said woman, who is believed to be Katona reportedly sustained bruises to her face and arms during an altercation with George at their family home in Crowborough, East Sussex.
Katona hasn't actually released any comments about the incident.
Instead she ignored the spreading reports and has since took to Twitter, showing a cute snap of her children sitting in front of the dining table, which she captioned "My world xxxxx." In the pic shows her 17 month old daughter Dylan and her four children from past relationships, Molly, 14 year old, Lilly-Sue, 12 year old, Heidi, 8 year old, and 7 year old Max.
