Let's not bring the past back anymore, but not with Howard Stern as he asks Emily Blunt questions about her ex-boyfriend Michael Buble.
Emily Blunt was interviewed by Howard Stern on SiriusXM last Wednesday. As Howard brings Michael up, talking about what a good guy he is and how they were seen so in love with each other then, Emily just agrees with him without making any comment. But as Howard continues, "But that was heartbreaking. Because he was not faithful." Emily was heard sighing on the recording before she spoke a word.
"I don't know, it's complicated," Blunt said when asked about the cheating rumors, exclaiming: "I'm going red!"
The former couple split in 2008 after three years together amid rumors of infidelity on Buble's part.
The Sicario actress was kind enough to still protect the reputation of her former flame, even telling Stern they "had a good time" and that she still loves the jazz crooner's family.
"I never want to talk about it," she said of the relationship, eventually declaring a bold statement: "I can't do it."
This is a complete opposite of how open Buble is whenever his past lovers were being talked about, "I was a jerk and I was careless and reckless with the hearts of women I was with," he told eTalk earlier this year.
Stern had even more uncomfortable questions for Blunt - she was asked about whether an actor had ever become aroused while filming a love scene with her.
"Once," she confessed. "I think it's just better to laugh about it. I think the reaction was, we were filming and they shouted, 'Cut,' and I went, 'Oop!' and he went, 'Oop! Sorry.' And that was it ... We laughed about it, because I don't want him to be embarrassed. I think that would be unfair if I was like, 'Oh my God!'"
