NBC's 'Heroes Reborn' is getting more intense with its story plot now that it is on its third episode entitled, "Under the Mask" of the pilot season. The evolved humans were able to escape from the regular ones during the first two episodes, but unfortunately they won't be able to do that on this one.
IB Times reported that it is all due to a new product that can locate these evolved humans wherever they are in the world. The opening of the episode involves Luke (played by Zachary Levi) and Joanne (played by Judi Shekoni) who is apparently excited about killing evolved humans. Luke on the other hand is just tired of the idea and he even turned the radio off. The car died in the middle of the road and they had no choice but to walk.
Meanwhile, Miko (played by Kiki Sukezane) struggles to fight with the guards of Yamagato Tower, as she is looking for her father. She was successful in fighting off the guard, until a guy named Harris (played by Cle Bennett) gets in her way and confiscates her sword telling her she doesn't own it.
The drama continues during a meeting that involves Erica Kravid (played by Rya Kihlstedt) and who was supposed to talk about this product called Epic to her staff. Harris interrupted the meeting and told her about the action that went on in the lobby with Miko and she told her that he had gotten Hiro Nakamura's sword (played by Masi Oka) through Hachiro Otomo's daughter. Erica demanded that Miko be placed under their watch until they know what to do with her.
TV.com applauded the episode and how fast phased it was, so that there are no boring scenes. The writing was also good and it is looking like the show continues to improve as the episodes go by.
