Molly Sims Weight Loss: Supermodel Reveals How She Lost Her Baby Weight

Bikini model and New York Times best-seller author, 'The Everyday Supermodel', Molly Sims spoke with Allure and shared her secret on how she managed to lost her extra pounds just six months after giving birth.

Sims, who has given birth to two kids, Brook, who is now one year old and to a daughter Scarlett just six months ago gained a lot of baby weight. During her first pregnancy she said she gained a staggering 85 pounds and struggled to get back in shape.

"You have the baby, you've never had a baby in your life and you're like, Oh, my God, what has happened?" Sims told the mag. "And you work out constantly and you try to eat well, and very slowly it comes off. It took me almost a year to get the weight off."

Until she realized there is no amount of exercise or diet that can fast track her weight loss. After sometime of thinking, she sought help from an expert. After some consultation, they introduced to her the new FDA-approved fat freezing treatment, CoolSculpting.

She said the procedure takes an hour for each treatment. Just one month of going through the treatment, she said she saw the astonishing result. Sims managed to remove all the unwanted pounds in just a short amount of time.

When she was asked what tricks she could share that she learned during her post baby weight loss process, she said, "Schedule your time. I literally make my snacks on a Sunday if I'm traveling on a Tuesday, and I'll pack them before I leave. Or I'll look at the menu of a restaurant we plan on going to beforehand."

Sims has also some wise words for the mothers. She said that it is important for the mothers, particularly to those new moms to take care of themselves like always have a haircut and get nails done, to make them feel much better about themselves.

Molly also announced that she is the new face of Zeltiq, the makers of CoolSculpting.
