Kris Jenner Feels Guilty Over Nicole Brown Simpson’s death

Twenty years later, Kris Jenner had said she still feels guilty over the death of her friend Nicole Brown Simpson. Kris Jenner wqs reflecting on what she could have done to save her late best friend.

The 59-year-old appeared in the newest LMN documentary The Secret Tapes of the O.J. Case: The Untold Story, in which she brings to mind how Nicole would share her fears that the football star and actor could harm her.

'At the end of Nicole's life, I think she finally was at a place where she knew she had to be more vocal with what was going on and she was in trouble,' Kris says in The Secret Tapes of The O.J. Case: The Untold Story.

Kris's late ex-husband Robert Kardashian was O.J's close friend and defense lawyer.

The star recalled when she first learned that Nicole and her friend Ron Goldman had been murdered. 'I instinctively knew that in some way O.J. had something to do with her death,' Kris admitted on the pages of her book.

O.J. was finally acquitted in the murder case, but later on found liable in the deaths of Nicole and Ron in a civil lawsuit brought by their families. O.J. was afterward convicted and sentenced to 33 years in a Nevada case linking the theft of his own sports memorabilia.

Two decades after the trial of the century, a true crime anthology TV sequence about it is presently in the works. American Crime Story will air next year, and sees Cuba Gooding, Jr. as O.J., while John Travolta plays his famous attorney Robert Shapiro. David Schwimmer will represent Robert Kardashian, and has been talking to Kris to get tips on how to play the lawyer. Meanwhile, Kris is being played by Selma Blair - and has said that she thinks the casting choice is 'great'.

LMN documentary The Secret Tapes of the O.J. Case: The Untold Story airs September 30 at 8pm. The documentary O.J. Speaks: The Hidden Tapes airs October 1 at 9pm pm on A&E.
