Sia an Australian pop star sells her composed song 'Alive' to Adele for $1 million.
The Australian superstar opened up that she was offered for a big sum of cash by the 10 times Grammy Award winner. Adele however is not the only one pop star who has desired to grab hold this tune.
Sia revealed when she first wrote and sold "Alive" she said ''What's funny is that I wrote this one song and gave it to Rihanna and I had seller's remorse because I was attached to it, I regretted it. Then she gave it back to me and I was relieved."
''Then Adele heard it and asked if she could have it. I thought 'Do I like it, or do I like a million dollars? She cut it and it was so amazing. I'm a huge fan of her voice.''
Adele will release her long awaited studio album this coming November and 'Alive' will be included.
Sia also composed tracks for Eminem, Kanye West and Beyoncé. For her next collaboration she has her eyes on a younger more edgy songstress artist.
As she told NME ''I'm going to write with (FKA) Twigs.
''I think Twigs is really interesting and I want to work with her. We're going to get some crazy choruses.''
Sia Kate Isobelle Furler was born in Australia on December 18, 1975 popularly known as SIA she is a song writer and a composer. She started her career in Adelaide in Australia with the Crisp band, playing acid jazz genre on mid 1990's. When Crisp disbanded SIA released her solo studio album on Flavoured records entitled Only See also in Australia. After that she moved into London, England and became the lead vocalist for the British duo Zero 7. She signed a contract in last 2000 in Sony Music's sub label Dance Pool and after a year she released her 2nd studio album "Healing is Difficult".
