Anne Hathaway Became A Fangirl Over Mariah Carey [WATCH]

Anne Hathaway is undeniably one of the biggest female personalities in Hollywood. But the famous star suddenly became a fangirl when her favorite icon is just a few inches away.

During the NYC premiere of Anne Hathaway's new film entitled 'The Intern', the Hollywood star lost her control after seeing Mariah Carey walking down the red carpet a few inches away from her. The 32-year-old actress started acting like a typical fan girl when she saw the 'We Belong Together' singer.

The Oscar-winning actress was still in the middle of an interview with The Associated Press when the incident happened. Anne Hathaway's precious reaction was even captured by the camera of the interviewer.

"I'm freaking out. Like, she's two arms' lengths away right now," Hathaway told the reporter while smiling goofily at the camera like a kid who saw a lollipop.

The actress even tried to hide her excitement but her acting skills seem to be not functioning during the time. Her giddy behavior over Mariah Carey is very evident.

"It's just the best glamorous ever. That's not even a sentence, 'it's just the best glamorous ever.' I went to college. I didn't graduate!" she states.

To help her ease the "fan girl" feeling that she is experiencing, the reporter suggested Anne Hathaway to approach the Mariah Carey.

"No, no, no, it's fine, it's fine. I'm gonna meet her when the time is right," refused the actress while shaking her head.

"He's such a legend! He's Bob De Niro!" stated Anne.

The 'Interstellar' star was even more impressed when she knew that De Niro is such a humble, kind and generous man. Both of them enjoyed working with each other in the movie.

"I had a good time doing this movie. [Hathaway] is really terrific as a partner. No nonsense. Very respectful and a very hard worker," Robert addressed Hathaway.
