Pharrell Williams was doing a Twitter Q&A session with iHeartRadio earlier on Tuesday, were he dropped the bomb and told everyone that a new N.E.R.D. album is currently in the works.
A user with a Twitter handle "Leaa5SOS" asked the "The Voice" judge: "Are you going to make another N.E.R.D. album ???? #iHeartPharrell."
To which Pharrell Williams eagerly replied, "OF COURSE!"

There are no other news or details about the album yet, or when it will come out. But surely everyone will be keeping on their toes and waiting for the comeback of N.E.R.D.
Last year, Pharrell Williams already hinted about a new N.E.R.D. album. Bandmate Shae Haley joined the "Happy" singer on stage during the iTunes festival at London's Roundhouse back in September.
Shae Haley told the concertgoers, "It feels good to be back in London. When we released our first album back in 2001 and first crossed the Atlantic, this was the first place to embrace us. You're gonna like this s-t we're gonna release..."
Pharrell then followed up, "There will always be an N.E.R.D. [...] I'm happy to be a nerd, the bullies lost, the nerds win."
This marks the first studio album from the group since the last one the group released back in 2010, entitled, "Nothing."
However, Complex does note that that the group behind "Rockstar" had its most recent work is a few song contributions to the soundtrack of "The SpongeBob Movie: Sponge Out of Water."
In other Pharrell news, Forbes released its 2015 Hip-Hop Cash Kings list on Tuesday. Lo and behold, Pharrell Williams is part of the top five of highest paid hip-hop artists in the world.
Coming in at the fifth spot, Pharrell reportedly took home $32 million the past year. Meanwhile, Pharrell Williams net worth is $105 million.
