Jimmy Fallon Reveals How Frustrated He Was With Justin Bieber

In the recent issue of the Billboard magazine, the late night talk show host Jimmy Fallon make known his frustration with Justin Bieber's demeanor for his last minute cancelling- in doing a sketch for Fallon's September 2 episode.

Everything was all set for the sketch Justin Bieber is supposed to do in the Tonight Show. According to Billboard Jimmy even had "laid out the plan in a tweet to his 29.2 million Twitter followers." On September 2, he tweeted that the Canadian pop singer would "do something fun" in his show and then play a song backed by Tonight Show house band The Roots. This is Jimmy's way to set the mood of excitement and expectation to both the regulars and fans of the late night show. Not so fast though! At the last minute sometime between that morning's tweet and lunch time - Justin changed his mind and backed out to do what was initially planned.

"It's like, I don't care," the 40-year-old quirky host told Billboard, "I mean, I wish they'd told me weeks ago because today's the day, and now we have to crunch and think of an idea to do. And I have to apologize to the crew guys who built the set and the wardrobe people and everyone. In spite of being irritated by what happened, Jimmy didn't want Bieber to appear the bad guy as he continues, "But it's not what he does. He's here to sing, so as long as he's comfortable and it sounds good then we did our job. And if I talk to him and make him funny and make him look good, that's my job. That's all I have to do."

That explains why the veteran host I well-loved by quite a number of big names in the industry like Madonna, Bono, Justin Timberlake to name a few.

It was a missed opportunity for Justin Bieber since almost all of Jimmy Fallon's celebrity guests who agreed to do crazy bits with him became an instant internet sensations like Michelle Obama dancing her way through The Evolution of Mom Dancing that had 23 million views. His Lip Sync Battle with Will Ferrel and Kevin Hart that was seen by over 49 million people, among others.
