Krispy Kreme has invented another holiday and another reason to eat more of their doughnuts. They will be giving away doughnuts for free! There will be a Talk Like a Pirate Day celebration this Saturday, September 19! Score up to a dozen free doughnuts and all you have to do is talk or dress up like a pirate.

As reported in Time Magazine, each customer who talks like a pirate, like saying "Arrrrr!" or "Shiver me timbers" when you order, then you get automatically one FREE original glazed doughnut on this annual event this Saturday. Referring to employees or other customers like "scallywags" or "landlubbers" might also do the trick and can land you a free doughnut. If you go all out and dress like a pirate, fully embracing this unique celebration, then you get the jackpot prize of a DOZEN FREE original glazed doughnuts!
