Kaley Cuoco is frequently spotted showing off her toned figure as she leaves yoga classes in Studio City, California.
And in the October issue of Shape magazine the 29-year-old reveals it was quite the struggle to finally find that perfect routine for herself, as she realized that what works for her friends doesn't necessarily work for her.
Kaley Cuoco appeared in Shape magazine to discuss her killer workout routine, which she credits for her new body. And to prove that, she’s gone barely-there on the cover.
Wearing just an open shirt and underwear, Kaley’s practically nude. The Big Bang Theory‘s blonde bombshell may be a little ditzy onscreen, but she definitely knows what she’s doing in real life.
Kaley is only clad in a sheer white button down, along with a pair of white boyshorts and simple jewelry.
Her flat tummy and toned legs are totally on display on the cover of the fitness mag. However, while it took some time to get her amazing physique, it seems like Kaley has finally found a groove with yoga, which she does five times a week, and says has 'transformed her body.'
"I love being toned and having muscle; it’s so sexy and beautiful. And I owe it 100 percent to yoga," she said.
Kaley doesn't only rely on her exercise regimen over the years, she's changed her eating habits too.
Kaley spoke about how she and her husband, Ryan Sweeting commit to healthy eating together so they don’t slip up. They used to love sweets, but now they’re helping each other stay in line.
The actress even joked, of her former eating habits: "We had boxes of stuff that only a 4-year-old would eat."
Kaley did maintain that despite her new healthy habits, she had to have a cheat day every once in a while, usually consisting of a drink and some pizza.
"I'm just going to be in a bad mood all the time if there's no light at the end of the tunnel," Kaley explained.
On her progress, Kaley said the change had been slow, but rewarding, with her losing six pounds in three months.
