Showtime's Shameless is not just returning for a new season, but it is also bringing in someone who is a veteran in the TV industry. The executive producer of the show, John Wells, was proud to announce that Ever Carradine is joining the cast this new season.
She will play the role of Erica, who is a nice but stressed out mom according to The Hollywood Reporter. As the story goes, the audience will learn more about her history and the fact that she has a wild past.
There is no news as to who exactly she would meet personally from the Gallagher family. There are assumptions that it is possible that she would encounter Frank (played by William H. Macy) since he was intimate with a doctor named Bianca (played by Bojana Novakovic) last season and that is somehow a way he would be connected to Erica's character.
This Showtime TV series is not only popular in America, but it is actually already making quite an impact all over the globe especially in Europe.
Telefilm Central in Italy also reported the joining of Ever Carradine in the new season of Shameless. It helped that her resume is filled with her successful stints from shows like '24' and 'Major Crimes.' And not only that , she was also seen in other critically acclaimed TV shows like 'CSI- Crime Scene Investigation', 'Eureka' and 'Commander in Chief' just to name a few.
It is going to be one exciting and intriguing season when 'Shameless' returns on TV now that Carradine is part of it along with the many drama that the Gallaghers usually have including the fact that Debbie (played by Emma Kenney) could be pregnant.
