Fans of the Marvel TV series 'Agent Carter' need not fret because rest assured, the show is coming back on TV for its second season. Christian Post reported that they are now filming and the company even released a teaser photo to make fans even more excited as to what they could expect this new season.
Marvel Entertainment released a statement through their official twitter account saying, "Production's begun on #Marvel's #AgentCarter Season 2 and we've got your first look from the set!"
The second season of 'Agent Carter' would pick in the scene back in 1947, which is almost 6 months after the finale of season 1. Showrunner Michelle Fazekas recently said that everything will be different this new season and that the characters would even have different roles, according to Entertainment Weekly's report.
She also added that not all the characters and events would take place in New York this time around. This surely is going to be intriguing, especially when there are characters on the show who won't be talking to each other anymore. There would be so many things that would change except on one detail and that is the story of Peggy (played by Hayley Atwell) and Jarvis (played by James D'Arcy) who would still be colleagues in Los Angeles.
Another spoiler alert is the relationship between Peggy moving on from her former lover Captain America and that she would have a new affair this coming new season.
UPI also got a hold of the return of Agent Carter on TV, and they reported an excited Hayley Atwell tweeting about the filming of the new season of the show. She said, "3am wake up call. Time to go to work. #AgentCarter season 2 filming begins!"
Catch the midseason come back of Agent Carter on ABC soon.
