The live action film adaption of the video game 'World of Warcraft' will not be in theaters until next year, but fans are already clamoring for more information about the movie.
Lucky attendees at the recent San Diego Comic-Con got a treat when the trailer for 'Warcraft' was unveiled during the panel at Hall H. Unfortunately, the 'Warcraft' SDCC teaser was not made available online, and it was announced that the official trailer will be released by November.
Some people simply cannot wait for this. A leaked copy of the new 'Warcraft' trailer has been making its rounds online, and it features more humans compared to the SDCC teaser. Watch the trailer here.
The leaked copy is rather low-quality, but it does offer a glimpse at what looks like an amazing battle between the humans and the Orcs. However, director Duncan Jones has stated that there will be no clear hero in 'Warcraft.'
"As a player, I've always seen it that, whichever side you chose, your character's the hero," Jones said. "We have to do a war story where you have the opportunity to empathize with both sides. It tells a story of a conflict in which there is no way of escaping it. We follow heroes on both sides."
'Warcraft' will feature a stellar cast for both the humans and the Orcs. The Alliance will be led by 'Iron Man' star Dominic Cooper as King Llane Wrynn, 'Vikings' actor Travis Fimmel as Alduin Lothar and former 'X-Men' star Ben Foster as Magus Medivh.
Meanwhile, 'Dawn of the Planet of the Apes' star Toby Kebbel will lead the Horde as Orc chieftain Durotan. He will be joined by Clancy Brown as Blackhand, Rob Kazinsky as Orgrim Doomhammer and Daniel Wu as Gul'dan.
'Warcraft' will finally arrive in theaters on June 10, 2016.
