While fall may come with unwanted pumpkin spice menu items, fall also introduces OktoberFest-themed menu items, such as what restaurant chain Red Robin has released.
To celebrate the annual and much-anticipated occasion, Red Robin revealed its latest fall offerings with an OktoberFest-inspired menu, and at the top of the menu is the very curious UberBurger, according to Food Beast.
One of Red Robin's new, limited time items, the UberBurger, is made of a half-pound Black Angus patty, topped with candied bacon, Samuel Adams OktoberFest-glazed onions, grilled bratwurst, shredded romaine lettuce, drizzled with Merkts beer cheese, beer mustard and all on top of a toasted hand-crafted pretzel bun, according to website Stupid Dope.
Another appetizing addition is the Cheesy Beer Brat, a Johnsonville bratwurst added with roasted garlic aioli, onion, tomato and bruschetta on top. The Cheesy Beer Brat is also served on a cheesy baguette and a beer cheese dipping sauce.
One other new, OktoberFest-inspired Red Robin menu item sure to make tongues water is their Great Northern Poutine Fries, the chain's signature streak fries topped with garlic aioli, thick brown gravy, sautéed mushrooms as well as fried cheese curds.
Have had enough of beer? Red Robin also has the tasty new Spiced Pumpkin Pie Milkshake. While it's made with traditional American dessert, Red Robin has added real Libby's® pumpkin pie filling, vanilla soft serve, nutmeg and graham cracker crumbs.
Patrons can find f Red Robin's Oktoberfest menu in all participating starting Red Robin locations starting now till November 1. The UberBurger is available for $14.49, the Cheesy Beer Brat for $9.99 and the Great Northern Poutine Fries is sold at $9.00.
"At Red Robin, we're constantly exploring and innovating unique combinations of new ingredients and we find guests are always hungry for seasonally-appropriate menu items," according to the senior vice president and chief marketing officer of Red Robin, Lee Dolan.
"Our Oktoberfest-inspired burger, which also serves as the newest addition to our Finest Line is a great way to fall into the season and what better way to celebrate Oktoberfest than with burgers and brews!" he added.
