Woman Sues Derrick Rose: NBA Player Drugged and Gang Raped Ex-Girlfriend

Professional basketball player, Derrick Rose, who plays as the point guard of the NBA's Chicago Bulls, is reportedly being sued by his former girlfriend, who accused him that he and his friends drugged and gang raped her, according to reports.

The woman who was identified as Jane Doe accused the NBA player and two of his friends for the act. She said she and Derrick Rose had a relationship between 2011 to 2013.

Adding to the accusations, Doe said that Derrick attempted to "pressure her" for his own sexual pleasures, asked her to allow him to have sex with hisfriends and even with strangers. However, she added that she declined to do all of these things.

Amidst throwing her accusations to her alleged ex-boyfriend, she did not deny that she continued dating Derrick until August of 2013.

At that time, she said that Derrick and his two friends, whom she identified as Randall Hampton and Ryan Allen, invited her to his home in Beverly Hills, California, where she claimed someone slipped a pill into her drink with the intention to rape her.

She went on to explain that she managed to flee from the house, but Derrick and his friends allegedly went into her apartment later in the evening and gang raped her while she was 'incapacitated'.

While she admitted that she only saw 'flashes' during the raping incident, she strongly said that she could definitely recall these men raping her.

When asked as to why she waited for so long to file a case against Derrick, she said that she "ashamed and embarrassed" about what happened to her. Reports say that Doe didn't want to let her conservative family know about the raping incident.

Following the reports which have continued to make rounds in social media, Derrick, who is the youngest MVP in the NBA's gaming history, his supporters went to Twitter in an attempt to defend the NBA star.

"The plaintiff's allegations are completely false and without any factual basis," Derrick's rep said in a statement. "We have complete confidence that the case will be dismissed and that Mr. Rose will be vindicated."

Derrick Rose' team declined to give a comment regarding the issue.
