Britney Spears' Ex-Boyfriend Charlie Ebersol Turned Down 'The Bachelor'

Britney Spears' ex Charlie Ebersol sat down with US Weekly, for the '25 Things You Don't Know About Me' and revealed that he once turned down US reality dating game show 'The Bachelor.'

He confessed, ''I don't watch 'The Bachelor'. They asked me to do 'The Bachelor' a bunch of years ago and it was the most awkward phone call I have ever been a part of in my entire life. There's no way in hell I'm ever doing it.''

The TV producer and 'Perfume' hit maker ended their relationship in June after eight months of going out together. Despite the breakup, Ebersol still finds his ex more hotter than her co-presenter, JJ Watt at the ESPY in July.

He gushed, ''Obviously Britney was by far hotter, sorry JJ. She looked good.''

The Space Jam 2 producer also shared his favorite Britney song and it's no other than her empowering music, 'Stronger.'

He also cleared out that Spears didn't over indulge him with gifts while they are still dating.

''Britney didn't get me a horse for my birthday," he recalled. "We went horseback riding for my birthday, but she didn't give me a horse.''

Ebersol was remarkably candid during the interview, when he was asked what he would be probably doing right now if he wasn't in his current line of work, he joked, I "want to be a professional con-man since it's basically the same underlying skill set."

Charlie also shared his most awkward celebrity encounter, with the famous talk show host, Oprah, who once phoned him at 4:30 in the morning.

He said to US Weekly, "A person says hi this is Oprah, I told her she was full of s***," he dished to the site. "It turned out, you know, she wasn't."

Ebersol and Spears started dating in October last year, the two were last seen together at the 2015 Billboard Music Awards in May.
