As the month of September is fast approaching, Sony has revealed the line-up of free games that will be received by the PlayStation Plus members starting September 1. The multi-tech company came up with the list of free games thru the votes of the member as Sony grant the PS Plus members the ability to vote for their desired videogames using the new feature "Vote to Play".
Ryan Clements of Sony posted on the company's blog the winner of the said "Vote to Play". "Your voices have been heard," he said, "We're delighted to reveal your selection, and the first title in next month's free games lineup: Grow Home on PS4."
The video game "Grow Home" garnered the first place during the voting campaign. The video game is all about a Botanical Utility Droid (BDU) who is assigned to go to a mission. The character is travelling across the galaxy just to find new flora in order to save his own planet. Clements commented that the game includes climbing a massive plant that covers from the surface of the planet up to the space.
The second and third place of the voting campaign goes to "Armello" and "Zombie Vikings". Although the non-winners will not be available for free, the members will still have the privilege to obtain the two videogames at a 30 percent discount starting from September 1 to 15.
As reported by Gamespot, PS4 users will also get the videogames "Super Time Force Ultra", a fast paced game that can make players rewind time and "Xeodrifter", a game that focuses on the exploration of planets. For PS3 owners, the videogames "Teslagrad", a 2D puzzle game and "Twisted Metal", a tournament and combat that includes high powered cars, will be obtainable. PS Vita users, on the other hand will have "La Mulana EX", a videogame that will take you to quests and adventures.
For those who aspire to be a member, they can avail a 14-day trial of Playstation Plus free of charge. After the trial expires, the service will offer players a $10 a month, or a three-month subscription worth $18. The service will also be available at a price of $50 for one whole year.
