Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner, the controversial couple who recently made a joint announcement that they are getting a divorce are apparently calling off their split. After giving a statement that they are throwing away their 10 years of marriage, the two became the subjects of news headlines.
OK! Magazine reports that Ben and Jen are giving their marriage another chance before they officially end it for good. Affleck is believed to be the one who initiated the split. An insider revealed that 'The Batman v Superman' actor asked Jen if there is still a way to save their marriage.
"Ben asked Jen if there was anything he could do to save the marriage. The trust isn't there for her right now, but she left the door open," stated the insider.
Jennifer, who values her family so much, is not also closing the door for her estranged husband. The two still has a chance to resolve the issues and fix their marriage.
The controversies faced by the film actor-director including the link with the nanny of their children said to have made him realize the value of family. OK! revealed that Ben does not want to lose his family.
He promised to improve his personal life and refrain from drinking and gambling but spend more of his time with his family. Though hard, 'The Miracles From Heaven' star is giving him another chance.
The two announced about their divorce in June and agreed for a harmonious split. They also agreed to still live together to take care of their three kids. Reports say that the vices of the actor made them decide to pursue separation.
Last Saturday, the family was spotted together at an amusement park to celebrate for the 43rd birthday of the 'Gone Girl' actor. The couple were seen smiling together with the kids who were also very happy.
