22-year-old Nick Jonas was a guest on Ryan Seacrest's "On Air" radio show on Friday, where he talked about his alleged relationship with Kendall Jenner and dating under the Hollywood spotlight.
"I was with [Olivia Culpo] for two years. We had a beautiful relationship together and it was great. It was time for that to end, which is sad," the "Jealous" singer told Ryan Seacrest.
"But I'm single. Contrary to what people I think, think. It's just mind-blowing to me how these things start," Jonas added.
As Nick Jonas promoted his new single, "Levels," he also confirmed that he and Kendall Jenner are in fact, "not dating."
"Kendall is great and naturally with her being good friends with Gigi [Hadid] and with Joe [Jonas] and Gigi dating, there are times we'll be in the same place and we all hang out," Nick Jonas explained.
Back in June, Nick Jonas told Entertainment Tonight that he'll be focusing more on his music during his single life:
"It's very tough and we had a beautiful two years together and [I have] nothing but love and respect for her. But it's always hard and my thing now is focusing on my work and staying as busy as I can, as creative as I can be. These are the times you've just got to dive in and get lost in your work and that's what I'm trying to do."
Don't worry though, if Nick Jonas decides to start dating again, he'll surely be the first one to tell everyone else.
"I have regrets about not being open with relationships in the past. That's the thing that makes it actually more challenging. On many levels you try to hide the relationship or do things to make it more private but that just adds more stress on the relationship. Whereas this relationship I was in was open and public and there's a lot of comfort in that and support."
Nick Jonas is set to star in DirecTV's "Kingdom."
