It appears as though 'Keeping Up With the Kardashians' has a new cast member! According to a source close to the production, Kylie Jenner's relationship with Tyga will be a big plot point when the series returns later this year.
Not only will Tyga make his Kardashian debut, he will also be making Kardashian money. The 25-year-old rapper is allegedly cashing in on his relationship with the 18-year-old as he will be getting a hefty payday just for being Kylie's man on the upcoming season now that their relationship is legal and fair game.
“The family has decided to integrate Tyga into the show because all of them really like him and it looks like he is going to become a part of their family,” the source tells Radar Online.
But he won't be appearing on camera for love and love alone. “Tyga is getting paid per episode right now because they do not know how his and Kylie’s love line will translate in ratings, but everyone thinks it will be gold because the two of them are so great on-camera together,” the source shares.
Apparently, E! thinks Tyga is a great addition to the show given that he just released an album, has his own show on MTV and is currently filming two movies.
“Khloé does not have her man on the show right now, [Caitlyn] and Rob are no longer on the show and Scott Disick‘s future looks grim, so there is extra money this season,” the source added of where the funds might be pulled from.
“It is approximately $500,000 to split amongst guest stars such as Tyga, Khloe’s BFF Malika [Haqq], Kris’s boyfriend Corey [Gamble], and a few others.”
For the meantime, the couple are spotted packing on some major PDA in Mexico and St. Bart's and soon Kylie Jenner and Tyga will be holding hands all the way to the bank!
