Jason Derulo and Luke Bryan have teamed up to sing the former's chart-topping single 'Want To Want Me' using the Sing! Karaoke app, according to reports.
Bryan, who obviously had a great time doing his duet with Derulo, immediately shared the result on social media. On Twitter, Bryan wrote with a the app's link included, "How could I not, this was too much fun @jasoderulo, you're a sanging fool. Oh yeahh." The same video was also posted on Bryan's Facebook page.
The karaoke app they used lets anyone sing with their favorite stars, but even stars themselves can also be like the regular people, just like two did on their karaoke duet.
The video showcases Luke Bryan hitting high notes like a singing champion, and blends beautifully with Derulo's popular falsetto.
Bryan even seems to challenge Derulo by saying, "Bring it," before the song began. When Derulo reached an impressive hight note, the 'Trumpet' singer joked, "Ooo, that's filthy. I can't do that."
Derulo also sent his congratulations to the singer after seeing his post online, tweeting "congrats to the new album it's sicccckk as usual!! Keep killin' it."
The virtual karaoke duet of Jason Derulo and Luke Bryan scored several reactions from their fans and followers on social media.
One fan tweeted, "Luke Bryan trying to sing "Want to Want Me" by Jason Derulo is ... odd? It was really awkward and I couldn't help but laugh."
"Luke Bryan's insta video with Jason Derulo omfg," said another fan's reaction on Twitter.
Reports say that the duet is not the first time Derulo paired with a country artist as he has also listed the Australian-born country music singer-songwriter Keith Urban to sing 'Broke' from his latest album 'Everything Is 4'.
Bryan on the other hand, added his own single 'Kick The Dust Up' on the app Friday which coincides with the launching of his 'Kill the Lights' album.
