'Suicide Squad' Update: Jim Parrack Is Not DeathStroke! 'Fury' Actor Could Play Joker's Thug Jonny Frost!

'Suicide Squad' may not be featuring DeathStroke, but the Joker's thug Jonny Frost is set to appear in the film!

Jim Parrack has previously been confirmed to be a part of the 'Suicide Squad' cast when director David Ayer posted a cast photo on his Twitter account. The picture featured Jim Parrack standing with Ike Barinholtz as well as Margot Robbie, Will Smith, Cara Delevingne and the rest of the future Task Force X.

It wasn't long before Ayer revealed the Suicide Squad in another Twitter photo, but this time, Parrack and Barinholtz were not included in the costumed picture.

So who will Jim Parrack and Ike Barinholtz play in 'Suicide Squad?'

There were rumors that Jim Parrack will portray DeathStroke, while Ike Barinholtz will be Dr. Hugo Strange. However, the 'Suicide Squad' trailer featured Parrack accompanying the Joker (Jared Leto) into a laboratory while Barinholtz is seen as a prison guard.

Batman News may have finally found the truth behind the rumors. The site has found an Instagram post by Corina Calderon, who has a small part in 'Suicide Squad.' The actress posted a harmless photo of herself, but the caption revealed a little more information than usual.

"All #HappyCamper on my way to set again, going earlier than my #CallTime just to be there and watch my boy Jim Parrack playing #JonnyFrost do his Thang #SuicideSquad," Calderon wrote.

The Instagram post has now been deleted, but Batman News still has a screenshot of the picture.

Jonny Frost has only appeared in one comic book issue, which is the graphic novel 'Joker' released by Brian Azzarello and Lee Bermejo in 2008. Although he is described as a "low-level thug," Jonny Frost played a central part in 'Joker.'

Jim Parrack is best known for playing Hoyt Fortenberry in the HBO series 'True Blood.' He has previously worked with David Ayer in the Brad Pitt film 'Fury.'
