- Miranda Lambert allegedly cheated on Blake Shelton, apparently it is not the infidelity issue that the couple called it quits. Lambert physically abused her estranged husband that's why Shelton got fed up, according to Radar Online.
"It was a regular occurrence for Miranda to get very drunk and hit Blake," an insider dished to the website. "The fights were awkward and embarrassing for everyone around them!"
The source also added that Miranda frequently threatened Shelton during their brawl.
The source explains, "It would usually happen when she'd see him talking to another girl. Miranda would drunkenly yell at him, 'If you ever do that again, I'll kill you!'"
Another insider also revealed, just six months after the couple's wed, families and friends of Lambert were shocked after they witnessed the slapping incident.
"[Miranda] didn't like something that Blake said to another woman," the source said. "She slapped him hard on the face and said, 'Don't talk like that! Next time you say that, I am going to put my foot in your a-!'"
Shelton shouted back, "I am not your punching bag. Don't put your hands on me!" the source said.
The source further added, "Blake and Miranda were the crowning couple of country music - but it was a match made in hell!"
It was recently reported that Lambert is far cry from the innocent she portrays. For she allegedly cheated on Shelton with five different men.
The mentor of 'The Voice' reportedly got fed up and threw all of Miranda's belongings out from their house and he is the one who filed the divorce, "speaks volumes about who did who wrong."
After the music couple announced their split, Miranda Lambert is reportedly trying to process the split.
A source told People, "She's doing the best she can and taking it day by day."
