Planned Parenthood Controversy: Third Graphic Video Surfaces, Shows Criminal Activity? [VIDEO]

The Planned Parenthood controversy began after a series of videos were leaked showing the wealthy, multi-state Planned Parenthood affiliate's illegal practices. A new, third, undercover footage has emerged, further pinning the affiliate deeper into the Planned Parenthood controversy.

The graphic third video seemed to show an executive from Planned Parenthood of the Rocky Mountains conspiring to harvest "intact" fetuses which are considered "born-alive" under federal law. The video shows the executive looking for excuses in order to deter legal consequences, and was heard saying "they're probably going to get caught" if they do the practice in states with anti-abortion laws.

Planned Parenthood of the Rocky Mountains does over 10,000 abortions per annum. The affiliate also reportedly supply aborted fetal tissue to the Colorado State University in Fort Collins because of a contract.

The video included in the Planned Parenthood controversy dates back to April 7, 2015. According to The Center for Medical Progress, actors who took the video disguised themselves as representatives of a human biologics company when they met with the Vice President and Medical Director of Planned Parenthood of the Rocky Mountains, Dr. Savita Ginde, to discuss a partnership for the harvest of fetal organs.

"Sometimes, if we get, if someone delivers before we get to see them for a procedure, then we are intact," Ginde said in the video. "We'd have to do a little bit of training with the providers or something to make sure that they don't crush."

According to mrctv, Planned Parenthood does not make use of feticide or digoxin when conducting 2nd trimester procedures. This means intact deliveries before abortions are potentially "born-alive" infants as cited under federal law (1 USC 8).

What makes the video, which is part of the Planned Parenthood controversy, really disturbing is that the VP appeared to know that Planned Parenthood is knowledgeable of their illegal practice, thus they use specific methods to hide the harvesting program, sources state.

In defense to the Planned Parenthood controversy videos, Planned Parenthood leaders say the footages have been heavily edited. They are also denying making money from facilitating fetal tissue donation used for medical research. However, the Planned Parenthood controversy has also become a campaign issue for Democrats and Republicans, according to NPR.

Either selling or buying human fetal tissue is considered a federal felony. What the Planned Parenthood controversy entails is a crime punishable by up to 10 years in prison, as well as a fine reaching $500,000. However, Life News reports that the law is filled with loopholes making such sales accepted.

Since the first Planned Parenthood controversy video came to light a few weeks ago, the organization has faced the criticism of many activist groups throughout the country, according to Headlines & Global News.

Outraged by the hidden-camera Planned Parenthood controversy videos, the abortion opponents have called for Congress' investigation on the matter and for Planned Parenthood to be stripped of more than $500 million in federal funding each year, reported USA Today.
