Did Chris Pratt Just Announce He’s Joining ‘Ghostbusters’ With Funny Instagram Posts? [PHOTOS]

If there’s one thing fans can definitely say about the future of Ghostbusters, it’s that no one knows what’s going on. The Paul Feig movie is shooting but after that, rumors have continually surfaced then been debunked. Now, the Channing Tatum, Chris Pratt team up rumor has risen from its grave.

Everyone is freaking out about Paul Feig‘s all female remake of the iconic film Ghostbusters, however, there’s another, and a more traditional reboot that’s also in the works and Chris Pratt might be a part of it.

The 36-year-old was seemingly fanning the flames of speculation about his involvement in another action flick when he bizarrely shared three photos of goats to his social media account.

Chris Pratt took to Instagram on July 30 to post some hilarious pictures of goats, however, it’s the photos’ captions which have fans thinking that Chris is going to knock out some ghosts.

Anna Faris' husband posted three separate photos of the four-legged animal, the first two of which were accompanied with the captions, “Dunna nene nene” and “Dunna nunna nene.”

The third caption sort of ties everything together: “I ain’t fraid’a no goats,” he wrote alongside a cute looking goat. So if the three captions will be put altogether it is safe to conclude that it was indeed the Ghostbusters' theme song.

Though Chris Pratt has denied his involvement with the project in the past, could this be his way of quietly letting the fans know he’s now on board? Rumors of a Ghostbusters remake featuring Pratt and Channing Tatum were first sparked in December after leaked Sony emails made the rounds.

But no sooner after he shared the goat-themed pictorial, Ivan Reitman, the director of the original 1984 film and producer of the upcoming all-female version slammed the rumors.

Reitman issued a statement saying "There has been a lot of excitement recently about what is happening with the Ghostbusters franchise. As the producer of the new Ghostbusters film, I feel the need to clarify."

"There is only one new Ghostbusters movie and that is the Paul Feig directed version coming next July, presently filming and going fantastically. The rest is just noise."
