Bobbi Kristina Brown, the daughter of late music legend Whitney Houston and R&B singer Bobby Brown, died on July 26, surrounded by her family, at Peachtree Christian Hospice in Duluth, Georgia.
The 22-year-old fought for her life for months before passing away, nearly seven months after being found “unresponsive” on Jan. 31, in the bathtub of her Atlanta home.
After Bobbi Kristina Brown’s death, her family released a statement, thanking fans for their love and confirming Bobbi Kristina went peacefully.

The Houston family released the following statement in regards to Bobbi Kristina Brown’s death:
"Bobbi Kristina Brown passed away Sunday, July, 26 2015, surrounded by her family. She is finally at peace in the arms of God. We want to again thank everyone for their tremendous amount of love and support during these last few months."
Bobbi Kristina never fully regained consciousness and was being kept on life support following her near-drowning. In March she was moved to a long-term care facility in the Atlanta area.
In June, she was transferred to hospice after her condition "continued to deteriorate," Pat Houston said in a statement on behalf of the Houston family at the time. "We thank everyone for their support and prayers," Pat, who is married to Whitney Houston's brother Gary, said. "She is in God's hands now."
Bobby Brown reportedly rushed to her side the next day, according to reports. The mood around Bobbi Kristina Brown’s hospice center in Atlanta was dark as a mysterious white tent popped up by the back door and a hearse was photographed pulling up to the scene, giving the impression that Bobbi Kristina already lost her battle.
Some Internet troll even hit a new low last week in posting a 15-second clip from a funeral service on YouTube and attempting to pass it off as Bobbi Kristina Brown's funeral.
Sources at that time assured that Bobbi Kristina Brown remains in the Peachtree Christian Hospice in Atlanta surrounded by her loved ones as she continues to fight for her life. But despite all the best medical efforts to save her life, the young girl tragically passed away.

Bobbi Kristina Brown's death comes just after Bobby became a father once again. He and wife Alicia Etheredge welcomed a daughter on earlier this month.
