Following Bobbi Kristina Brown's filed court case against ex-boyfriend Nick Gordon earlier in June, the suspect has now been served a $10 million lawsuit alongside its legal papers, according to reports.
Earlier reports said that Kristina's court-appointed conservator, Bedelia C. Hargrove, was the one who took the legal actions against Gordon.
On Sunday, July 12, Hargrove finally received the court papers while he was out and about around Longwood, Florida.
The clueless Gordon on the other hand, who was having a drink at Starbucks at that time, accepted the envelope as he stepped out of the coffee shop.
The incident showing Gordon holding a brown envelope, was caught on a camera and one bystander near him even asked about the envelope he was holding. The bystander asked, "What was that?" Gordon briefly responded with a baffled look, "I have no idea,".
In the filed lawsuit in Atlanta's Fulton Country Superior Court, Hargrove charged Nick Gordon of assault, battery, stealing money from Bobbi Kristina's bank account without authorization and his intentional infliction of emotional distress towards the singer.
It stated, "Even after Brown's hospitalization, and while she was in a coma, Gordon accessed Brown's bank accounts and stole in excess of $11,000 from Brown's bank account (s)."
Further on, the lawsuit claimed that, "While Brown was in a medically-induced coma, [Gordon] intentionally and without consent or authorization transferred money from Brown's bank account (s) to his own bank account."
Gordon, who has left his home in Atlanta, has reportedly moved to Florida to spend time with his mother.
Bobbi Kristina Brown, who has been under a hospice care since late June, was reportedly found unresponsive and face down in a bathtub in her home in Georgia last January.
She was in a medically-induced coma for a couple of months and was eventually moved into a hospice after her condition "has continued to deteriorate".
It has been six months since Bobbi Kristina's hospitalization and family members are reportedly gathering amidst fears that she's nearing death after months of battling for life.
