J.K. Rowling Movie Searching Actress – 8 To 12 Year-Old Could Become Next Emma Watson In ‘Fantastic Beasts’!

After the mad success of the "Harry Potter" books and films, which made their author so rich her fortune is actually larger than that of the Queen of England, the next J.K. Rowling movie, based on the Hogwarts text book "Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them," is now looking for its next star!

Almost 15 years after the co-starring role in "Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone" made Emma Watson the British superstar and feminist icon she is now, the new J.K. Rowling movie could give the same chance to another rising British actress, as open auditions are held in London next Saturday.

According to The Guardian, the new J.K. Rowling movie, "Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them," is currently looking for a young actress to play the character of Modesty, a "haunted young girl with an inner strength and stillness," between the ages of 8 and 12.

This new J.K. Rowling movie is entirely the author's baby, as the 49 year-old English author also penned the screenplay, in the film set to be directed by the man behind the camera in the last four "Harry Potter" adaptations, David Yates.

As such, it was Rowling who kick-started the campaign to get young Modesty on the big screen!

The Mirror reports that the open auditions for the new J.K. Rowling movie will be held next Saturday, July 18, at the Excel Center in London, as Warner Bros looks for a young girl to join heavyweights like recent Oscar winner Eddie Redmayne and "There's Something About Kevin" star Ezra Miller.

Stuff reports that the upcoming film will be the first of a trilogy, set in the same universe as the "Harry Potter" series although in different time frames, so there's no reason to think original stars like Watson, Daniel Radcliffe and Rupert Grint will be joining.

The new J.K. Rowling movie is set for a November 2016 release.
