Grammy award winning singer/songwriter John Mayer was recently spotted as a fan watching the concert of the "Grateful Dead" this weekend at the Levi's Stadium in Santa Clara, California.
It was the same weekend that the law on marriage equality was passed in all states of America and he even showed his support by posting an Instagram of him being at the concert with a rainbow on the background of his shot and a common that says, "We all knew who this rainbow was." He was also there with Bravos network's executive Andy Cohen. Cohen took a snapshot of him and the singer saying "Rainbow over the #GratefulDead !!! It's Jerry!! @johnmayer #HappyPride."
Radio.com said that Mayer was there supporting the band but at the same time, he was also doing some research about the group. There are rumors running around saying that he might tour with the band this coming fall to fill in the guitarist/singer spot. Right now, Trey Anastasio of the band Phish is the tour's guitarist. It is going to be an interesting fall for John Mayer's fans to see this blues singer collaborate with this rock act.
Mayer has been in the music industry for quite some time now and he has earned a lot of milestone in his profession making his net worth of $40 million according to the website, Celebrity Net Worth. For a college drop out in Berklee, no one can say he made the wrong decision. He first released an EP on an independent move without being affiliated to any major label until it became a hit and earned him respects from different huge names in the music scene including companies like RCA, Sony, and the like. He already has released four successful albums under his name and there are also rumors of him working in a new one that is expected to come out soon.
