Joni Mitchell Recovers From Aneurysm

Canadian singer/songwriter Joni Mitchell was recently taken to the hospital in Los Angeles due to aneurysm. Her conservator Leslie Morris, updates the artist's status on her website and good news for her fans because she is now speaking well although she still can't walk.

Fox News reported that Morris said that all rumors about Mitchell not being able to speak and write are false and that she is now recovering at home. She can completely communicate but her walking is just the one being impaired. Morris also said that they are expecting that Mitchell will go back to walking again after she fully recovers and it's looking like that will happen anytime soon.

A judge appointed Morris as Mitchell's conservator since the singer/songwriter and painter could no longer make decisions regarding her health nor does she have any relatives around to take care of her and make decision on that matter. Joni Mitchell is a known Hall-of-Famer for rock music and won eight Grammies.

The Irish Examiner also got a hold of Mitchell's condition and reported that loyal fans of the singer are sending their get well soon regards to their idol via a website called WeLoveYouJoni.Com.

The full statement of Morris says, "The truth is that Joni is speaking, and she's speaking well. She is not walking yet, but she will be in the near future as she is undergoing daily therapies. She is resting comfortably in her own home and she's getting better each day. A full recovery is expected."
