'Batman v Superman': Which DC Actor Will Play Bruce Wayne's Father? [SPOILERS]

The upcoming DC movie 'Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice' will feature several superheroes other than Bruce Wayne and Clark Kent. Wonder Woman (Gal Gadot) and Lex Luthor (Jesse Eisenberg) will both be featured in the film as well. The appearance of Jason Momoa's Aquaman and Ezra Miller's The Flash has also been revealed in a recent report.

There are speculations that the film will also feature non-superheroes who are still essential in the storyline. IGN previously reported that 'Batman v Superman' will have a flashblack sequence of the murder of Bruce Wayne's parents.

Fans have immediately wondered, who will play Thomas and Martha Wayne?

Jimmy Kimmel seems to know the answer. The host of Jimmy Kimmel Live sprung a surprise question at former 'Supernatural' star Jeffrey Dean Morgan when the actor was a guest on the show.

Kimmel showed Morgan a picture taken from the set of 'Batman v Superman,' which showed a large portrait of a man who looked just like the actor. "Is that you in this picture?" Kimmel asked.

"It sure looks like me, doesn't it?" Morgan responded, which made the audience applaud.

He coyly added, "I think you probably have to go watch the movie to see if that's me, but that looks a lot like me, man."

If Jeffrey Dean Morgan will play Thomas Wayne in 'Batman v Superman,' this will reunite him with 'Watchmen' director Zack Snyder. Morgan played Edward Blake, a.k.a The Comedian in the 2009 film, and has also appeared in other film adaptations of popular comic books.

The actor portrayed Franklin Clay in 'The Losers' and had an uncredited role in 'Jonah Hex.'

'Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice' also stars Ben Affleck, Henry Cavill, Amy Adams, Ray Fisher, Jeremy Irons and Diane Lane. The film will hit theaters on March 25, 2016.
