Hilary Duff Says She's 'Too Busy' For A New Relationship

Hilary Duff, who split up from her husband Mike Cormie last year, admits she's too busy to think of entering into a new relationship, according to reports.

The 28-year old singer and actress said in an interview with DJ Elvis Duran from Z100 radio that she's not bitter about love. She said "I'm not bitter about love or anything like that. I'm so busy right now and honestly, I don't have time to date and to be building some kind of a relationship".

Duff, who spent four years with her ex-husband Cormie, seems to have more things to prioritize rather than putting herself into a new relationship.

"I have a three-year old, I have a new album, I'm sure you know what it takes to put a record out and make it work, and build tour and shoot TV show, all this stuff.", she said.

The 'All About You' singer has also openly talked about her awkward experiences of using a dating app called Tinder, of which she also admits how entertaining it was for her to meet different cute guys with great personalities.

"I was like, well, I absolutely can and will and I don't care what people say!" She said, "So it wasn't like I got on like, looking for love and looking for a man like, 'I need a man!' It was like, this is funny and entertaining to me and I actually got surprises. There's normal, cute guys on here that have great personalities and just want to meet people."

Hilary Duff has been into a lot of work recently, but she admitted she can't survive long hours these days.

"I forget that I'm old now and I don't have energy that I used to... A 20-hour press day? I can't hang like that anymore! I used to. It's been a lot but you know what, I'm pumped it's all been really good stuff," she said.

After debuting her new album "Breathe In, Breathe Out" last Wednesday, attending an album signing at the Smith Haven Mall in Lake Grove, and performing at 'Live with Kelly and Michael,' the hard working mom said she's taking a little break from work after a long hectic week.

She said, "I'm about to take a four-day vacation, so there's a light at the end of the tunnel!"

Apart from the latest launching of her new album, Hilarry Duff also stars in the American-drama TV series "Younger", where she plays the character of Kelsey Peters.
