Eat like a caveman to whittle off your unwanted pounds, and be healthy at the same time. That's the maxim of the Paleo diet. In the simplest way, don't eat anything that cavemas dont eat.

Ten Thousand years ago, there was no fast food, junk foods and any other processed items that are available to eat. Cavemans only had healthy edible foods like, vegetable, fruits, meats, fish and healthy nuts and seeds.

This Hollywood actress affirmed that one of her secrets to stay fit and healthy is she included Paleo diet in her regimen.  Biel said in CrossFit Zone, "The healthy-eating plan is incredibly helpful; it just leans you down and slims you up and takes that little layer of fat, skin, and water-weight right off your body."

Megan Fox

The 26 year old Transformers star gained 23 pounds during her pregnancy with his son, Noah. But after three months of giving birth, Fox has easily lost 13 pounds. Fox revealed to US Weekly her post baby weight loss secret, "Try and stay away from dairy - especially if you're a woman! It's really hard on your hormones," she said.

Grant Hill

The basketball star believes that even at his age, eating like a caveman allows him to keep up with the younger players. In fact, Grant said in an interview with Paleo Lifestyle Magazine "I think I'll wear out mentally before I will physically, I know that sounds crazy because I've had a lot of injuries, but I feel now at 40 that I'm in better shape than when I was 32 or 33, and I know a lot of that has to do with eating."
