NASA Human Exploration: Mars One And SpaceX Are NO Competition, Nobody’s Reaching Mars Without NASA

Just about every mission currently being undertaken at the National Aeronautics and Space Administration is leading towards the idea of sending astronauts to visit Mars, including the recent Scott Kelly project in which the astronaut is currently spending one year in space at the International Space Station; in all, NASA's human exploration project definitely mean business.

Over the course of the past months, Food World News has reported on some of the biggest projects regarding NASA's human exploration, from the Mars Rover's recent discoveries to how scientists found Ceres was flashing mysterious lights, that Hubble Telescope found a distant and beautiful galaxy - and, most recently, that the spaceship launched nine years ago to reach Pluto is about to land in its destination.

However, NASA's human exploration plans aren't the only ones going around, as a private project called Mars One is currently undertaking a project to colonize the Red Planet, something that has even been mentioned in a recent episode of "The Big Bang Theory" - and the company will even be launching a reality show for the project!

Now, according to Forbes, it has transpired from a recent talk that, as NASA's human exploration project to Mars is still underway, scientists in the space agency are convinced that private companies who want to undertake similar projects to the Red Planet don't stand a chance without NASA's help, as the agency intends to reach Mars at some point in the 2030s, with all focus on that project.

Engadget reports that the step one to the NASA human exploration journey continues to be the Asteroid Redirect Mission, ARM, which will attempt to put a piece of asteroid in orbit around the moon after its 2020 launch - there, the company will aim to give new technology a trial.

Understandably enough, the company's pretty confident about its projects, even the NASA human exploration one!
