Kevin Garnett's Homecoming Is A Big Help For The Timberwolves Rookies

Kevin Garnett is finally back in Minnesota Timberwolves to rebuild his original NBA team. Now that he is wearing the uniform again of his first club since 2007, the 38-year-old forward finds himself at home in Timberwolves, where he first created his NBA fame. In his comeback, he played with passion and won the game over Washington Wizards at the score of 97-77.

 Without KG, the Timberwolves have never reached the playoffs and stuck in postseason drought for 11 years. No doubt, Kevin Garnett is the best player in the franchise history of Timberwolves. The acquisition of Minnesota Timberwolves to their legendary player is expected to bring more influence and power in the court. He will serve as a strong example for the Timberwolves' youngsters like rookies Adreian Payne, Andrew Wiggins, and point guard Ricky Rubio. 

Garnett was obtained from Brooklyn Nets in a deadline trade this year. Kevin Garnett's comeback aims to make some transition in the team using his experiences in the court. In an interview, Kevin Garnett said that if former Miami Heat leader Lebron James rejoined the Cavaliers, he can do the same thing for his beloved team.

According to USA Today, Timberwolves majority owner Glen Taylor is excited to see KC again in Timberwolves   uniform. Taylor also expressed his so much respect to Garnett which he considered as one of the best NBA players in the world.

Garnett was originally drafted by the Timberwolves in 1995 and became the best talent since the basketball team was founded. Having Garnett in Timberwolves made them to play in the playoffs in eight of KG's first nine seasons. In 2004, Timberwolves also made it to the Western Conference finals where he won as the most valuable player. Now that Kevin Garnett is back to his home court, Timberwolves fans are excited again to see him play and make a change in the NBA games.
