Previously, fans saw Barry's shocking discovery that he was actually at the scene of his mother's murder as the Flash. It's a bit unclear why he was there, but now that he knows about it, for sure he is seeking for more clues. Dr. Stein and Ronnie learned their greater potential as their single unit alter-ego Firestorm. Elsewhere, Iris started to smell something fishy about S.T.A.R. Labs while Dr. Wells finally revealed that he is the Reverse Flash. Yikes!
In the official sneak peek of 'The Flash' season 1 episode 15, Cisco is seen stunned by his discovery that Dr. Wells is also the Reverse Flash. The teaser clip promises that Dr. Wells' "endgame will happen." Show executive producer Andrew Kreisberg even tells TVLine, "Wells has a definitive plan. When you look back, you'll see he's had a definitive reason for doing all the things that he's done throughout the course of the season. We think it makes sense. Hopefully, you all will, too." Interestingly, while more revelations about Dr. Wells' real identity start to unfold, Barry Allen needs to deal with two meta-humans when the show returns. Evil siblings Clyde and Mark Mardon are going to wreak havoc in the upcoming installment. Clyde has the power to make tornados while Mark is a weather wizard. It would surely be interesting how the Flash is going to deal with these meta-humans.
The official synopsis of 'The Flash' season 1 episode 15 reads: "Mark Mardon, having survived his apparent death during the black-matter explosion, is going to return seeking revenge on Joe for the death of his brother Clyde, and will have the same weather-manipulation powers as his deceased sibling."
