Odd as it may seem, there's actually no catch in the Chick-fil-A free coffee month, as patrons all over the country can basically just come up and get a cup of their new coffee any day during the entire month of February - a true Valentine's treat!
The Georgia-based fast food company has been an icon in the area of its birth for decades, as it has expanded across the country with products as famous as their Original Chicken Sandwich; now, with more than 1,850 restaurants across the United States, they're introducing a new antic to entice customers to show up early in the morning: Chick-fil-A's free coffee month.
As Time Magazine reported in late January, in their broad attempts to get more patrons, some of the major fast food companies like McDonald's and breakfast giant Dunkin' Donuts have been offering free coffee to selected venues across the country, as a new era of morning cups begins - and Chick-fil-A's free coffee month has joined in the fight to compete as well.
According to the Los Angeles Times, the new Chick-fil-A free coffee month follows another recent decision in the free goodies business: Menchie's Free Frozen Yogurt to celebrate National Froyo Day earlier this month. In any case, there's actually no catch to Chick-fil-A's new venture, as anyone can basically come in for their own cup of coffee, free of charge.
The Philadelphia local CBS reports that the promo will last for the entirety of February, as restaurants nationwide get to try out the different options that the restaurant's Thrive Farmers Coffee presents, whether they're hot or iced coffee; this includes 16 ounce ice coffees and 12 ounce hot ones, and all it takes for the customer is to show up and ask for their cup, no need for any further purchases.
The Chick-fil-A free coffee month offer can be jumped at every day of February, anytime during regular hours until the restaurant runs out for the day; one cup per customer and visit.
