Adriana Lima Diet: Victoria’s Secret Model Reveals How She Keeps In Shape!

Perhaps the most famous Brazilian supermodel after Gisele Bündchen, Adriana Lima's diet has been kept a tight hush-hush for the woman who is known as one of the most recognized faces in the Victoria's Secret catwalk; now, everything from her breakfast to her snacks has been revealed to the public!

For anyone who wants to look like a lingerie model, it's not a very bad idea to follow the Adriana Lima diet, taking up the steps of one of the most beautiful women in the world, used as the South American beauty is to strutting around the catwalk, being one of the most sought-after models in the world.

A while ago, an editor in Elle Magazine decided to take up a challenge: try out the Adriana Lima diet over the course of a month, in an attempt to look as slim as the famous Brazilian and former Maybelline spokesperson. For this, Justine Harman consulted with Dr. Charles Passler, the nutritionist who put Lima right back into shape after the birth of her second daughter, Sienna, in 2012.

As Healthy Celeb reports, the Adriana Lima diet that keeps the famous Victoria's Secret Angel consists of a heavily planned nutrition, as someone who literally lives from her face and body.

Lima's diet is actually a control portion one, which is to say that her calorie intake increases as the days progress - at least when she's nearing a new appearance at the catwalk!

For breakfast, the beautiful supermodel (who has recently separated from tennis player Serbian husband Marko Jarić) takes, for the most part, oatmeal with raisins and egg whites; on occasion, Lima will also take Muesli cereal and accompany it with yogurt or honey, or milk and coffee with her meal.

As for lunch, Lima will usually eat fish, red meat or chicken with green grilled vegetables, taking up a great number of fiber in her diet.

In Adriana Lima's diet, it's important to make dinner as light as possible, eating only something like a salad, and the supermodel says this keeps her dream light and allows her to wake up refreshed and rested in the morning.

For snacks, Adriana Lima's diet includes raw vegetables (such as carrots and cucumbers) for refreshment, and sometimes a bit of chocolate or a spoonful or honey for energy.

So that's what the eating regime of a supermodel tastes like - and, of course, as Swide reports, a whole lot of exercise, particularly Lima's favorite: boxing!
