Christie Brinkley Diet: Supermodel Explains How She Looks Amazing At 60! [PHOTOS]

Christie Brinkley was one of the world's most famous supermodels in the time that they started being treated like rock stars, as she reaches older age, the model still looks stunning - and now, the Christie Brinkley diet that sees the top model looking amazing at 60 has been officially released!

Considering how amazing she's looking as she's nearing 61 (that's right: she was born in 1954), Christie Brinkley's diet is perhaps the most coveted secret in her life, which has included being married to music legend Billy Joel; after years of dieting and workout, the beautiful model speaks out about her eating regime!

According to Hollywood Life, there are different things that have kept the supermodel in shape all these years, not least of which is Christie Brinkley's diet, which a vegetarian one since her teenage years, when she read a graphic description of a Chicago slaughterhouse.

Besides Christie Brinkley's diet, as she explained to Harper's Bazaar, the supermodel lists the keys to her current look and figure as these: exfoliating daily (which she has done ever since reading that men's skins look years younger due to shaving), embracing getting older (she's very proud of having reached her sixth decade!), making exercise fun by doing routines you really love (for example, she lists yoga as one of her favorite activities), eating three full meals a day (skipping meals is about as unhealthy as it gets) and, of course, snacking healthily (some of Brinkley's favorites include melon, walnuts and coconut water).

Last year, as she celebrated her 60th birthday, the supermodel was on the cover of People Magazine, where she gave out some of her favorite beauty tips for staying in shape at her age.

"I never would would have imagined this is how I would be celebrating my 60th ..." she posted on her Instagram account, after she'd gone on about Christie Brinkley's diet. "But Thank you PEOPLE Magazine for hopefully sending the message that with proper diet, exercise ,and joie de vie, every Birthday is cause for Celebration!"
