Ingredients
1 refrigerated or fresh dough
1/2 cup barbecue sauce
1 cup cooked and shredded chicken
1/2 cup sliced red onion
1 red bell pepper; diced
1 cup smoked Gouda cheese, shredded
1 cup shredded mozzarella
2T fresh cilantro, chopped
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 450 F. Place pizza crust on greased baking sheet pan.
2. Spread barbecue sauce on pizza crust. Add chicken, onion, and bell peppers over the barbecue sauce. Sprinkle with cheese.
3. Bake 15 minutes or until cheese bubbles and crust is golden brown. Sprinkle with cilantro.
