Ingredients
1/2 lb of pasta
2 c medium shrimp, peeled
1 c heavy cream
1t butter
1/2 sliced mushroom
1/2 onion, chopped
2 t fresh basil or spinach
Salt and pepper
Parmesan cheese
Directions
1. Cook pasta and drain. Keep warm.
2. Heat a skillet, melt butter and add onion and garlic until tender. Add salt and pepper.
3. Gradually add cream and cook until mixture boils and thickens.
4. Add spinach and mushroom, stirring constantly. Stir in shrimp and cook thoroughly.
