Valentine's Day Recipe: Homemade Chocolate Covered Cherry

Ingredients

2 baskets of cherries, drained
2 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar
2 tbs butter
1 pound chocolate confectioners' coating

Directions

1. In a medium bowl, combine the butter and sugar, and knead until smooth.
2. Wrap one circle around each cherry and lightly roll in hands. Chill at least 3-4 hours.
3. Melt confectioners' coating in a microwave. Dip each cherry in by its stem, and place on waxed paper-lined baking sheet.
4. Store in a covered container in a refrigerator. Best result after 1 week.
