Ingredients
1 cup butter
3 cups white sugar
4 eggs
1 1/2 cups flour
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
2 teaspoon vanilla extract
A pinch of salt
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Combine the melted butter, sugar, and vanilla extract. Beat in the eggs, one at a time, mixing well thoroughly.
3. Sift the flour, cocoa powder, and salt together. Stir the flour mixture gradually into the chocolate mixture until blended. Stir in the chocolate chips.
4. Spread the batter evenly into the lightly greased baking dish.
5. Bake in oven until an inserted toothpick comes out clean, 35~40 minutes.
6. Remove and cool pan on wire rack before cutting.
